Don't see the join realms button

For the past three months, I've been trying to join realms but the join realms button wouldn't show. All that showed was add friends. I've tried everything from logging out of my Microsoft account, restarting my internet, and even removing the game and redownloading it, but nothing is working. I want this issue fixed please.
