Lag that makes game unplayable since update. Chunks also will not load correctly.

There is lots of lag that was never there before the update. Blocks take forever to disappear/appear, gates and doors don't work properly. My character moves when I am not touching the controller. Also sounds are glitching. And when exploring, chunks don't load causing me to have to leave the game and rejoin, which is a pain as bedrock edition takes a long time to load on the Xbox One. Couldn't find any current reports, apologies if there is any.
