Can't export world to realm gets stuck on upload message

It won't let me change worlds on my realm I can reset it and create a new world on the realm but I can't replace it with a different world, it specifically fails to upload the realm, it'll export it but when it initializes upload it gets stuck on that message and all I can do is hit cancel
