Unable to login

It won't let me login on my pc, I have the bedrock version and every time I try logging in on it asks me if I want my purchases to either be saved on my pc or be save to my account, but no matter which option I pick it fails either way and gives me the Error code: Bat.

Also I'm not 100% positive on the Affects Version/s
