Bees won't generate at all on my account on ps4 or switch

So I've had this issue for a while and I was waiting for it to fix itself but I hadn't and I'm getting annoyed by it

 

ive created survival and creative worlds and neither of them have bees no matter how long I look, I've tried everything I deleted all of my worlds and uninstalled and wiped the game data and reinstalled and that didn't work I tried the flower by the sapling and that didn't work the hives or bees won't spawn in so I just don't know what to do

cab anybody help
