Outfit item "neon rgd pants" by Spark Universe does not work as advertised.

The purchased custom outfit item "Neon RGB Pants," created by Spark Universe, does not transition colors like other items in the same outfit-set. The color does not change from blue, and other items from this set change between several colors.
