Update 1.17 on Switch (Not Switch Edition) Error

Software on Nintendo Switch is prompting for an update. Then gives a network error update code 2123-1502. Switch says this is a network error, I definitely have internet. Also, you can cancel out and start the game, but cannot sign in online or see any online activity without it prompting for an update. This started 6/14/21.
