You don’t receive the specific items after doing trophies

Some of the trophies come with an item you can wear. On PS4, after getting the trophy, you don’t receive the item. This is a really annoying bug, because I know a lot of people who probably want certain items but can’t receive the item. (P.S, sorry if I did this wrong- this is the first time I’ve reported a bug.)
