Can't move with WASD

I have a keyboard and mouse that work perfectly, but for some reason I can't move while playing. The mouse works fine but the keyboard doesn't seem to work. I already tried to change the key mapping but I can't even press a new key to map it. I can type perfectly on the chat, but cannot move
