Glitchy in my own survival world

I made a server around a month and a half ago and it was all going really good until recently. A couple of weeks ago the world started getting really glitchy and i could barely moving without it glitching. Keep in mind this is my own server that I made so it shouldnt be glitchy. I dont know how to fix it. I tried changing my render distance, my graphics, everything, but still nothing has worked.
