Hoppers now working in build 4

When i put an item in a chest, hoppers don't take this item and transport it to another chest. Also, when i'm adding an item in a hopper it is not going to another hopper and it stayed there (blocked) . Please fix it! P.S My device is Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
