Game unplayable

The game loads in fine but once I enter any world including realms the game freezes and brings up the mojang logo for like 5 seconds and won't let me move it does this roughly every 30 second making the game unplayable I've tried everything from deleting and installing the game again 3 times now its not my skin or texture packs I tired it with all default and the base Steve skin and had the same issue
