Too many Phantoms spawning

Hi, way too many phantoms spawning on easy setting. On average at least 10, or more, and their attack hits are deadly (like the setting is on 'hard'). This has been going on for months. Only seems to reset itself when I log out, and refresh the xbox X, then restart. But when I switch from easy to peaceful, then back again to easy that's usually when a dozen, or more show up. I waited to report the bug because I thought with the new update 1.17 would have resolved this issue ...it hasn't. The other dangerous mobs are fine on easy level, just the phantoms are bad.
