Everything and Everyone is a Steve

When logging on to The Hive server, everyone and everything will slowly change to a default skin steve. Of I select any of the games, everything will be a Steve. Chests, treasures, flags etc... In the main hub, the game selectors (avatars on the podiums representing the game) and all players will also be Steves.

 

This only happens when I log onto The Hive for the first time. Whenever this happens, I save and quit, log back in, and everything is fine. But consistently, everything will have a Steve skin when I log in for the first time.
