No particles when removing or applying wax to copper blocks, no particles when removing oxidation from copper blocks

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with the Education Edition toggle enabled
2. Place a copper block
3. Use a honeycomb on the copper block
4. Use an axe on the copper block

Observed Results:
No particles are created.

Expected Results:
Particles should be created.

Original Description:
   The first video shows that when wax is applied to copper blocks and then wax is removed from the copper blocks, particles are not visible.

   The second video shows that removing oxidation from copper blocks does not show particles.

   (I used resource pack "Minecraft font")
