Some wierd thing makes my hand punch random blocks (herobrine)

I try to play on Minecraft and try to make videos when out of the nothing, a hand presses on my screen (NOT ME) and punches, not very effective. I call it the HEROBRINE GLITCH but it is a horrible bug, I don't like punching everyone!
