Minecraft Bedrock Doesn't have updated Tool Durability Textures

Summary: The Textures for Tools Durability on Minecraft Bedrock don't match MCCE or MCJE they still are the old textures that aren't as vibrant or colorful.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Get a Tool.
Step 2: Get it to a durability that has a texture for it.
Step 3: Do same in Java and Compare.

Observed Result: Minecraft Bedrock still has the outdated tool durability textures that don't match MCCE or MCJE.

Expected Result: The Tools durability textures should be updated to match MCCE or MCJE.
