Amethyst Geodes can spawn in Ocean Monuments

Summary: Amethyst Geodes can spawn in Ocean Monuments.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1: Load a World.
Step 2: Type command /locate monument or find a ocean monument.
Step 3: If you cant find a amethyst geode in a ocean monument load a new world and repeat or
explore further in the world for more ocean monuments until you find one.

Observed Result: When a player finds a ocean monuments there's a small chance of a Amethyst Geode generating inside the Ocean Monument.

Expected Result: Amethyst Geodes shouldn't be able to spawn in Ocean Monuments.
