Lagspikes

Game has humongous lag spikes after updating to 1.17.0 My setup has not changed, I haven't installed anything, or updated windows, and have even reduced my render distance by 50%, and still, lag spikes. Seems to be an optimization issue, please fix. Game is difficult to play.
