Game lags every few seconds

I am playing minecraft on my tab s6 lite and my redmi note 9 pro and when I create and load a world with the multilayer option enabled the game lags every few seconds for 3 to 5 seconds like I'm playing on a server and the server just stops, but the thing is that I'm playing on a world loaded with my device and nobody have joined but the game keep freezing. This effect the blocks breaking or placing but not making  a sound and have no particles until the game "reconnect to server", mobs stop moving and can't get hit, Redstone freezing etc. The bug doesn't appear when I disable the multilayer option.
