Chat banned/Ghost chat

Hello, I play on PS4 but from the past month or so no one in any server or world can see what im typing in chat. I can see their messages but they can't see mine. I changed my privacy settings and everything but nothing seems to work, Please help. My Microsoft username is " LevisLeftNip "
