Cannot sign in with Microsoft account

Hello, when I try sign in with Microsoft account, I go to the site aka.ms/remoteconnect, enter the code and a message appears stating that everything went well, but the signing in does not happen on the switch. What could be the problem? I even tried to create a second Microsoft account, but the problem remains.
