Keep moving into solid blocks

I keep getting pulled inside of solid blocks when I should simply stop moving. Being moved into blocks causes me to sometimes even get stuck and take (suffocation?) damage. I noticed this first starting to happen with frequency about a week ago. This bug finally got me killed tonight in an End city :/
