world gone

How do I fix this error on bedrock
"The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing thr world on a console where its in a good state and try migrating it again"

 

all I found were about switching from a Xbox one to another Xbox, but all that we did was make a world in 1.17 and spend 14 hours building
