The game is laggy in general

I´ve been having a slow game since I updated to the 1.17 version, I deleted all the game data and I reinstalled the game, but it still being laggy, for example, I create a world and when I break something it takes like 10 seconds to react, if I try to use a bucket of water it´s the same, it takes more time than it should have. And I have a good phone, in the older versions of Minecraft I could play normally, this problem is from the last version (sorry for my bad English).
