When you get an item or block suddenly the fps drops significantly

For me this is a bit disturbing my comfort while playing. When my HUD inventory is empty, there are no problems at all and there is no frame drop, and when I get an item, for example, I got 1 apple and the apple was in my HUD inventory suddenly I immediately experienced a significant decrease in fps maybe from 51-58fps (normal) down to 22-27fps.  I tried to ask my friend, my friend also plays Minecraft but he doesn't experience anything like me even though I've tried reinstalling it still doesn't have any effect. I hope this can fix the problem getting items or blocks can make the fps drop significantly.
