Axolotl cannot be picked up

Axolotl that are either summoned, spawned via creative inventory, and naturally spawned cannot be picked up using a bucket/bucket of water. Instead of becoming an axolotl in a bucket, it bugs the bucket out and can no longer be used to pick any liquids up (Water, Lava, powdered snow).

This has been tested in a creative AND survival world.
