Achievements Not Unlocking

hello, my achievements arent unlocking. I went to help.minecraft.net and reported this for not unlocking. Once i got the gmail, i did all the steps and it didnt work. They said for me to report this here. I need help, this has happened to 1.16 versions too for me. Please help
