Scooping up and Axolotl with a bucket immediately releases the Axolotl

I've encountered a bug involving picking up the new axolotl mob using a bucket.  Whenever I right click to scoop it up,  I immediately release it again.  This makes scooping up the new mob more trouble than it's worth,  when it should really be a single right click.
