Whenever i try to join the server "The Hive" it always says "Unable to connect" this has been happening to me for over a year plz anybody help me

this frustrates me because this is the best server on bedrock and i cannot play it on my xbox, only on my ipad. i have tried restarting, joining other servers, or restarting my xbox. but for some weird reason i have the server list, which none of my friends have, and they can join on their main devices. i do not have the server list on my ipad but i do on my xbox. plz mojang help i cannot play on ipad it is terrible.
