Game crashes almost instantly after opening.

Whenever the game is opened, it shows the initial loading screen, it shows the load at 37% and then immediately crashes. This issue has lasted for eseveral months. I have restarted the computer, reinstalled the game, reinstalled java, run the game in developer mode, and several other smaller solutions and the only change was the first time I ran it in dev mode is that it took longer to crash.
