both stackable and non-stackable items do not give off signal strength

Stackable and non-stackable items are supposed to give off a signal strength but they don't, which proves problematic for those who want to create delivery or sorting systems, also items don't seem to flow through hoppers like they used to, just another bug I wanted to point out.
