Jukeboxes aren't playing the music, but they music notes show

I put in a music disc, and I can see the music notes but no sound. My phone is at full volume, the jukebox audio is at 100% everything is at full volume but no sound. I am totally fine if you can't fix it though, I just wanted to let you guys know!
