Using items while looking at a cake does both interactions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a cake;
2. Hold any item that can be used (book & quill, any food, potions)
3. Look at the cake and interact.

Observed Results:
Both actions are performed. The item is used and the cake is eaten.

Expected Results:
Observing other interactions, it seems the block is prioritized; only the cake should be eaten and the item shouldn't be used.
