Android 10 still can't create a new world

There still seems to be a problem with creating a new world on this Android 10 device I'm using to post this "bug" on here. Is this a bug or something to do with the specs, or what else????

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the latest beta or full release of Minecraft.
2. Set the storage location to "External".
3. Create a new world.
4. Press "Create world".

What's supposed to happen:

• The world gets created successfully.

Instead:

• There's a message on dirt background saying "Failed to create a world".
