Can't join my friend's world (not realm)

When my friend sends me an invite to join his Minecraft single world (Not realm) on PS4 . I can't join . And when I fail to join they just said to me (Unable to connect) pls fix the bug . It's since the Nether update . Please developers, fix this bug please . This bug in Minecraft on PS4 Bedrock edition
