Player 2 when trying to join split screen gets stuck on a loading screen that never ends.

When every the player 2 tries to join split screen they get loaded in to the world but are stuck on an infinite loading screen that says building terrain. Although when a third player joins they have no loading screen like player 2 and everything is fine.
