Red Screen And Infinitely Blinks

When the beta version 1.16.200 arrived at the beginning of the caves and mountains project, My minecraft doesn't open, I updated my drives and looked at tutorials on youtube and nothing...
 
My PC has intel HD graphics or Intel(R) Celeron(R).
 

This red screen issue happens on Intel processors or graphics cards.
 
 
This problem is making it impossible to play minecraft.

 

The latest version I can play is 1.16.100.4...
