Hoppers don't suck in items you drop, or drop from falling mobs.

This actually affects version 0.14.0b4 but i couldn't find it in the list of versions affected. Anyways, i noticed that items weren't being sucked in the hoppers like they're supposed to.i tested this a few timesmes and sure enough, my suspicion was right.
