Flickering colors/Epileptic lights!(+new dimension after lights calm down?)

I was tinkering around with all the new redstone in build 1. I was making a 9-digit combination lock door and while making this in build 1, lights or colors would flicker suddenly and my screen would shake. If I left the colors flickering for too long or move my screen I eventually get to the "new dimension". I upgraded to build 3 recently and it still happened, minus the new dimension so far(Not sure if it still happens).

What I expected to happen was:
Smooth redstoning/gameplay in general. Minor bugs maybe.

What actually happened was:
Screen would suddenly flash colors, usually from the top left corner. This happened whenever I moved around too much where all the redstone was.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a huge redstone contraption(I made a 9-digit combo lock, not sure if applicable with other contraptions)
2. While making this, look around or move around a lot. Or alternatively finish the contraption and test it out.
3. Lights/Colors will flicker.
I'm luckily not suffering from Epilepsy, but other people might be!

Oh and the device I use is a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime/Samsung Core Prime
