Candles don't pop off when pushed by pistons

Summary
Pushing candles with a piston doesn't drop them, instead they act as it is a normal block. This isn't in parity with Java Edition.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down some candles.
2. Place the piston towards the candles.
3. Push the piston.
---> They don't pop off.
