Using /fill to change piston directions causes redstone to power it incorrectly

If you use the fill command on existing pistons to change their direction the piston will be powered as if it was facing the original direction.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a piston

2. Use /fill on the piston's location with an alternative direction

3. Power the piston head
