So, during cave exploring in the new update, i have been walking through caves and getting suffocated in blocks

Ive been exploring caves to get iron on my new world in the new world I created for the 1.17 update and have been glitching into blocks and starting to suffocate. They are not gravel either, its stone, diorite and andesite. I would attach a photo but I cannot take a photo with this computer and I do not have a phone, thank you.
