Walk through blocks and suffocate

There is a bug for me on ps4 where if a block is floating or floating up against another block I can walk through it and suffocate and if I'm in a 2 by 1 area if I jump I start to suffocate too and if I make my way to a 1by 1 I suffocate and cant get out
