Problem when signing in

In pocket edition, when I press the sign in button, it takes me to a site and does all the signing in processes. However, when I press 'continue', I believe my game crashes and I am unable to sign into my Microsoft account and play multiplayer. Also, I've only been on this bug website for a few minutes so I apologize if I did something wrong.
