Multiple armor stands when loaded in with structure blocks course lag.

I have two rows of armor stands acouple blocks from each other that both have full iron armor, have a pose, and have an crossbow. When I try to load them back in with a structure block it causes severe lag, and when I do slash kill, it shows WAAAAAAY more armor stands than was in the structure block, with only the original amount showing
