All mobs skulls have the same soul sand particles and not the particle that repersents the Item

The Skeleton, Wither, Zombie, Steve, and the Creeper skull heads all have the wrong particles when breaking them. Theirs just no logic in why a green creeper head or green zombie head display a completely different color like brown soul sand particles.
