Turning completely invisible after adjusting Minecraft to 1.17

I entered Minecraft after updating my game to 1.17 and I entered my survival world, and then I realize that the player, and the item I am holding, is completely invisible! The game says I have no effects on me, and there are no particle effects either. I do not have any mods installed, since I don’t waste my money on Minecraft mods. I am not happy, so please fix this!
