Infinite start up on Switch edition

My friend told me on Discord that he was having issues with Minecraft on Switch. Basically what was happening is that his game took a really long time to start up. He actually did wait for it to entirely load and it took 4 hours and 10 minutes. What’s weird about it is when he goes to any other Switch profile it loads up just fine. He was going to try to report it here himself, but when he logs in it just tells him that an error occurred. It’s not just his Microsoft account because when he logs into Minecraft on his phone it’s perfectly fine. He has tried both deleting and redownloading Minecraft and restarting his console. He said it happened randomly and not when downloading a new Minecraft version. I don’t know if this will help you in any way, but here’s his gamer tag. SuperMario64000
