PlayStation: Player looks up or down when leaving a UI while moving mouse

(I play on keyboard and mouse on ps4)To recreate this glitch simply open a menu, such as your inventory, shulker box, chest etc and move your mouse whilst leaving the menu, this automatically without any further input makes you look immediatly up or down.

It only happens 80% of the time and can be recreated with the tiniest inputs.
